As this is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please:
1. Take a clear photo of the item.
2. Email it to hello.koalakiss@gmail.com within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
Important: Claims submitted after 5 working days cannot be recognised.
Returned Items Must:
Be in their original packaging
Be in unused condition

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products that have been misused, mishandled, tampered with, or returned in non-original condition.
