Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

12. What is raw honey?
Raw honey has almost the same composition as honey inside the beehive. It is not heat-treated (pasteurised) or ultra-filtered, so it retains natural enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, and nutrients. Heating and filtering can remove these beneficial elements and change the natural sugars.
Crystallisation is normal with raw honey and a sign of purity. To taste honey in its truest form, try honeycomb — it’s the closest to eating straight from the hive.
